The skilled craftsmen at ICF Constructors are full-time employees with over 18 years of combined ICF installation experience and over 45 years of experience  in general construction. They are well- trained and participate in a fully implemented and OSHA approved safety training program. The crews are trained in the installation of no less than 12 different brands and types of insulated concrete forms and utilize a 20-step checklist prior to concrete placement on all projects, ensuring the high business principles that dictate ICF Constructors’ performance is maintained on every project.
