Insulating Concrete Forms are the latest technology in building with concrete. ICFs solve all the major
problems to a stick frame home and offer more benefits to the owner including strength and energy
efficiency. Created with expanded polystyrene in Lego-like blocks, they stacked upon one another to
create walls. They are then filled with concrete to form an air tight super structure that will stand for
over one hundred years. They are simple, strong and applicable. ICFs are the only way to build a
home, no matter what income level, where, or type of home - they can do it all.
